The best way to enjoy these fruit salads is by eating it right after they have been prepared. You can serve them chilled or hot and then mix them with a little lemon juice. This type of fruit salad has a unique taste that is hard to reproduce in other cuisines.

Last but not least on the list of delicious traditional meals is hummus. A simple sauce of garlic, olive oil and lemon juice is first combined and then cooked in a special dauber for a couple of minutes. Then, it is decorated with fresh vegetables and served hot. This delicious Turkish delicacy is on the list of many gourmet restaurants all over the world.
